Courtney is the founder of Miniature World In Home Daycare, a proud mother of five (including Darya), and a military veteran. With a background in service, parenting, and professional instruction as a licensed hairstylist and barber instructor, she brings structure, compassion, and real-world experience to her work with children. Her home daycare blends warmth and routine to create a space where every child feels safe, loved, and empowered to grow.

Infant Lead
Darya is the mother of two children enrolled at Miniature World and plays a vital role in daily care and connection. With a background in healthcare and food service, she brings both practicality and empathy to the team. As a military child and the oldest of five siblings, Darya naturally nurtures with patience and leadership--offering families a calm, familiar presence rooted in experience.
